    Our Faculty

The faculty at University of Riverside provides students with an experience equal in academic quality and content both in the traditional, in-class format as well as online format. To achieve this educational parity, the majority of UOR Professors also teach at major universities throughout the United States . Additionally, many faculty members are employed by leading companies across a host of industries.

At UOR, students have access to courses that are directly related to their working life. The emphasis on practical coursework affords students with a learning experience which relates to their work. To enhance this experience, faculty members are selected based on both their outstanding academic performance and their achievements in the business world. As a result, UOR faculty members can relate more effectively with professionals.

The collective educational experience of UOR’s faculty includes degrees from Loma Linda, USC, Capella, Pepperdine, UCLA, and UCR. In a continuing effort to stay abreast of the latest industry developments, faculty maintains memberships with associations including but not limited to: American Society for Quality, Society of Human Resource Management, Academyof Management and American Society of Training and Development.
