  • The Depart­ment of Archi­tec­ture, Urban­ism and Plan­ning (ASRO) is part of the Fac­ulty of Engi­neer­ing of the K.U.Leuven, and pro­vides for the fol­low­ing degrees: Bach­e­lore and Mas­ter of Engi­neer­ing: Archi­tec­ture, and the Post-​Initial Mas­ters: Mas­ter of Human Set­tle­ments, Mas­ter of Con­ser­va­tion of Mon­u­ments and Sites and the Mas­ter of Urban­ism and Strate­gic planning.

    Located in the unique set­ting of the Aren­berg Park, a lush and his­toric green­belt close to the city cen­tre, the venue is reflect­ing the Department’s own fas­ci­nat­ing his­tory.

    Through var­i­ous reforms includ­ing the recent BAMA-​reform, the Depart­ment has pro­gres­sively devel­oped into an up-​to-​date organ­i­sa­tion, employ­ing some 100 staff in four research units, four col­leges and two cen­tres.
