This major international event is going to be held in Istanbul, Turkey between 03-04 Agustos 2012. There will be Social Program just after the conference to enjoy the ISTANBUL, one of the most glorious cities in the world.
This is a conference for those, who are interested in presenting paper in all fields of business, management, economics and finance. The aim of the conference is to bring together a wide audience of academicians, policy makers and practitioners around clearly circumscribed topics, engage participants in fruitful debate, and facilitate mutual understanding.
The Social Sciences Research Society (SOSRES) encourages submissions of abstracts and/or full text papers in the following topic areas.

Güler Aras is Professor of Finance and Accounting at Yildiz Technical University, Turkey. She is Visiting Professor at De Montfort University, Leicester, UK. She is Joint Chair of the Social Responsibility Research Network; Series Editor of the Gower Applied Research in Corporate Social Responsibility book series and the Emerald Developments in Corporate Governance and Responsibility book series; Joint Editor of Social Responsibility Journal.

Yakup Ergincan is currently the General Manager of the Central Securities Depository (CSD). He received his master’s and Ph.D degrees from Marmara University. He worked as specialist and chief specialist at Capital Markets Board of Turkey, Enforcement Department (1991-2002). He worked as a consultant at the World Bank (Washington, 1997) and Pricewaterhousecoopers (Detroit, 1997). He also lectures at Kadir Has University in Istanbul.

Dr. Yılmaz holds a Master degree in Finance and Accounting and a PhD degree in Banking from Marmara University. He previously worked for the Turkish Undersecretariat of Treasury. Over his 17 years of experience in the ISE, he actively took part in the establishment of Derivatives Market in Turkey and worked in Derivatives and Risk Management Departments. He actually works as Chief of Staff in the ISE and actively involves in the OIC Countries’ Stock Exchanges Forum activities.

Dr. Yilmaz graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Science, Department of Public Finance . He had his Masters degree from Marmara University Banking and Insurance Institute, Capital Markets program and had his doctorate degree at the same Institute, Banking program. He attend post-grad program at the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance. He started his career at the Capital Market Board of Turkey in 1991 as Assistant Auditor.
