Contemporary Mathematics, Mathematical Physics and their Applications
IIUM’s Kulliyyah of Science (KOS) has successfully conducted a series of conferences under the aegis of the International Conference on Advancement of Science and Technology (iCAST) with various topics that have in the past included topics such as the promotion of an integrated approach to sustainable development as well as encouraging the science of traditional practice in health and disease. The current proposal follows the spirit of these past international conferences, continuing the tradition of iCAST.
IIUM iCAST 2012 will take place at the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in Kuantan, running November 7-10, 2012 and aims to provide an international forum for researchers to present and discuss recent advances and new findings in mathematics and its applications. Moreover, it should accelerate the growth of mathematics and its applications and their benefits to the community at large.
The conference also provides, promotes, encourages and cooperates a unique platform for the exchange of new ideas and interaction between local and international theoreticians and multi–disciplinary and inter-disciplinary researchers, updating the latest research in application of mathematics to industrial problems, and it also brings together researcher and scientist in promoting and enhancing research collaboration among local and international participants.
All the extended abstract will be published before the conference. After reviewing, selected proceedings will be published as a volume of Journal of Physics: Conference Series which will be indexed in SCOPUS.
