The Faculty o Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange (FABBV) at the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE) is kindly inviting you to participate in the 11th Edition of the International Conference "Finance and Banking - FIBA 2013" to be held March 28-29, 2013 in Bucharest, Romania.
The multidisciplinary conference encourages participation of teachers and researchers who are interested in the following research areas:
- Corporate finance and investments
- Public finance
- Financial markets and institutions
- Macroeconomic stability
Publication opportunity in two refereed journals: Review of Finance and Banking or Theoretical and Applied Economics subject to compliance to review report, editorial comments, conference feedback and payment of applicable publication fees.

Submission and Paper Selection Process
Papers will be evaluated for originality, significance, clarity, and contribution. Submitted papers must not have been previously published or currently submitted for publication elsewhere. At the conference will be accepted maximum two papers for each participant. When submitting the papers, they will be accompanied by the submission form filled in entirely. Papers should be send as .doc or .docx files. All the papers should be in the English language. Papers should respect the template of selected journal.
All submitted papers will be accepted to the conference based on a blind review process. During the conference the author will benefit by the recommendations of a discussant. If authors chose to publish the paper, the final version of the papers should be send back, with the required changes according to the discussant's feed‐back during the conference, until April 30, 2013. Further information about the publishing stage will be offered by the board of selected journals.
