ARIA's Annual Meeting is a top event each year for risk management and insurance professionals from around the globe to gather for a common purpose: to advance knowledge in risk management, to share experiences and gain expertise and enhance career development of its members.
2012 annual meeting will take place in Minneapolis, Minnesota from the 5-8 of August at the Depot Renaissance Minneapolis Hotel.
Conference Topics and Paper Submission
You are encouraged to submit a proposal to present research findings at the 2012 meeting of the American Risk and Insurance Association (ARIA). Papers on any risk or insurance related topic are welcome. Specific subject areas include, but are not limited to, insurance economics, risk management, insurance law or regulation, insurance company operations, corporate governance, public policy, health care, international issues, retirement, or employee benefits.
Executive summaries (not exceeding three pages) that focus on the purpose, expected results, and importance of the research may be submitted. Completed papers are preferred. The names and affiliations of all co-authors, with telephone, fax numbers, and e-mail address of the designated contact person, should be provided on a separate cover page attached to the proposal. Proposals from doctoral students are encouraged.
Papers already accepted for publication should not be submitted. Authors will be notified by e-mail of the program committee's decision regarding their paper in mid-April 2011.
