The scientific program starts on Wednesday, September 11, 2013, in the morning and ends on Friday, September 13, 2013, at noon. The registration begins on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, in the afternoon.
Apart from the scientific side of the conference, the organizers are planning a very attractive tourist and recreational program.
