  • The International Atlantic Economic Society (IAES) is kindly inviting you to participate in the 75th International Atlantic Economic Conference, held April 3-6, 2013 in Austria, Vienna.

    Conference Highlights

    The IAES returns to the historic city of Vienna to celebrate our 40th anniversary. Join us 3-6 April 2013 for this special occasion. Sessions will be held at the University of Vienna, located downtown on the Ringstraße and in easy walking distance from the headquarters hotel, Hotel de France. Submit your paper prior to 15 November to receive the early bird discount.

    Do not miss keynote speakers Andreas Schieder, State Secretary at Federal Ministry of Finance, Ewald Nowotny, Governor, Austrian National Bank, and Professor Dennis Mueller, University of Vienna as they discuss matters crucial to the global economy. Take advantage of the opportunity to network with participants from around the world while enjoying the culture, history, architecture, and art for which Vienna is celebrated. Soak up any of Vienna's many attractions, such as the world famous State Opera House, the Imperial Palace, Albertina, St. Peter's Church, or the Riesenrad, Vienna's 100 year old giant Ferris wheel that boasts of a 64 meter tall panorama of the spectacular city.

    Abstract Submission Fee

    The submission fee for members is $90.00 ($140.00 for non-members) for each abstract. Submission does not include conference registration. All conference attendees are responsible for paying the conference registration fee. Click HERE for additional information regarding membership benefits.

    To avoid a bank collection charge, all checks should be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars. Submission fees are not refundable.

    Submission fees will be collected via the online abstract submission form and are payable with Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
