  • The Global Sci­ence and Tech­nol­ogy Forum (GSTF) is kindly invit­ing you to par­tic­i­pate in the 4th Annual Inter­na­tional Con­fer­ence on Human Resource Man­age­ment and Pro­fes­sional Devel­op­ment in the Dig­i­tal Age (HRM&PD) 2014, held July 21 – 22, 2014 in Sin­ga­pore at the Hotel Fort Can­ning.

    Con­fer­ence Theme

    Human resource man­age­ment is the man­age­ment of an organization’s work­force, or human resources and is respon­si­ble for the attrac­tion, selec­tion, train­ing, assess­ment, and reward­ing of employ­ees, while also over­see­ing orga­ni­za­tional lead­er­ship and cul­ture and ensur­ing com­pli­ance with employ­ment and labor laws. Pro­fes­sional devel­op­ment refers to the acqui­si­tion of skills and knowl­edge both for per­sonal devel­op­ment and for career advance­ment. This con­fer­ence brings Pol­icy Mak­ers, Man­agers, Prin­ci­pals, Researchers, Edu­ca­tion­ists, HR Prac­ti­tion­ers, Admin­is­tra­tors and Plan­ners to demon­strate HR practices.

    Con­fer­ence Highlights

    Best Paper Awards and Best Stu­dent Paper Awards will be con­ferred at the con­fer­ence (in order to qual­ify for the award, the paper must be pre­sented at the conference).

    Panel Pro­pos­als are invited for sub­mis­sion to the HRM&PD 2014. A min­i­mum of three papers cen­ter­ing on a spe­cific topic will be accepted for sub­mis­sion under Panel Cat­e­gory.

    Book: Selected authors will be invited to con­tribute book chap­ters in “Enhanc­ing Human Per­for­mance Vol. 3″ to be pub­lished by GSTF. The book will be edited by Pro­fes­sor Craig Speel­man, Pro­fes­sor of Psy­chol­ogy, School of Psy­chol­ogy and Social Sci­ence, Edith Cowan University.
