18th Annual Oxford Global Drug Discovery Summit 2017 Berlin

  • Conference Call
  • Oxford Global Conferences are proud to present the 18th Annual Drug Discovery Leaders Summit, which will take place on the 1112 June 2017 at the Hotel Palace in Berlin, Germany. The event is co-located with our 5th Annual Discovery Chemistry and Drug Design Congress and our inaugural Microbiome Discovery and Development Congress.

    Conference Topics

This summit brings together the key opinion leaders and senior industry experts in drug discovery, to discuss the latest innovative discovery strategies in different therapeutic areas as well as the most effective enabling technologies and solutions.

This year, we bring to you a fresh approach in our programme, focusing on the latest trends, updates and modalities in small and large molecule drug discovery. There are two designed streams organised around key presentations in validating novel drug targets and improving lead optimisation in different therapeutic areas; including Immuno-Therapy, Autoimmune, Oncology, Inflammatory, Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases. The other new streams will address the most innovative assay development and screening paradigms. Approaches in screening including Phenotypic screening, target-based as well as RNAi screening methods will be covered. The programme also brings the top open innovation companies together, and discussions on how best to approach effective partnerships and collaborations will take place over the 2 days.

Our co-located 5th Discovery Chemistry & Drug Design Congress provides an unprecedented opportunity to gain insights from key presenters of the computational chemistry, discovery chemistry and medicinal field. Featuring two discovery chemistry and drug design streams, the congress programme consists of modern medicinal chemistry strategies, computational chemistry, PROTAC, automation, enabling technologies and data integration and analysis. The congress also focused on new and novel approaches to drug design including peptide discovery and development, inhibitors discovery strategies in medicinal chemistry, targeted covalent inhibitors (TCIs), FEP in structure-based discovery, peptide discovery and chemical biology.

Do not miss out on attending our stratified program ensuring valuable networking and interactive sessions. Benefit from attending complimentary pre-event webinars, panel discussions and roundtable discussions on Novel Discovery Tools, Open Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, Phenotypic vs. target-based drug discovery, ADMET, Gene Editing and PROTAC.
