17th ASEAN-IPRAS Congress of Plastic Surgery 2014 Singapore: "Customising Plastic Surgery"

  • On behalf of the Organ­is­ing Com­mit­tee, it is our plea­sure to announce that the 17th ASEAN Con­gress of Plas­tic Surgery, will be held in con­junc­tion with the 11th Inter­na­tional Con­fed­er­a­tion for Plas­tic, Recon­struc­tive & Aes­thetic Surgery – Asia Pacific Sec­tion Con­gress 2014 (ASEAN-​IPRAS 2014) in Asia’s top con­ven­tion city, Sin­ga­pore on 1 – 3 August 2014 at the Grand Hyatt Sin­ga­pore. This ASEAN-​IPRAS 2014 con­gress will be hosted by the Sin­ga­pore Asso­ci­a­tion of Plas­tic Sur­geons (SAPS) and is sup­ported by the Inter­na­tional Con­fed­er­a­tion of Plas­tic, Recon­struc­tive, and Aes­thetic Sur­geons (IPRAS).

    Con­gress Theme

    Themed “Cus­tomis­ing Plas­tic Surgery”, this con­gress is aimed at bring­ing the com­mu­nity of Plas­tic Sur­geons in the Asia Pacific region together to dis­cuss the lat­est best prac­tices and trends in cus­tomis­ing our treat­ment pro­to­cols and tech­niques to best suit our patients’ needs. A sharp focus will be placed on the evolv­ing art and craft of the spe­cialty designed to attain opti­mal results best suited to the indi­vid­ual patient. Empha­sis will be placed on research, tech­nol­ogy and new inno­va­tions that con­tribute to bet­ter out­comes. Sur­geons will also be pleased to know that we will be includ­ing a spe­cial busi­ness and mar­ket­ing track to equip you with the essen­tials on how to grow and develop your prac­tice com­mer­cially, from mar­ket­ing and oper­a­tions to finan­cial management.

    We hope this con­gress will serve as an excel­lent net­work­ing plat­form for our fel­low col­leagues to exchange pro­fes­sional expe­ri­ences and insights with one another, as well as to explore pos­si­ble forms of cross-​border collaborations.
