    The con­fer­ence pro­vides a plat­form for pro­fes­sion­als, prac­ti­tion­ers, aca­d­e­mics, edu­ca­tors and researchers in the var­i­ous fields of man­age­ment and busi­ness to dis­sem­i­nate and share the lat­est research, knowl­edge and expe­ri­ences in the Amer­i­can region and beyond.

    This con­fer­ence offers an oppor­tu­nity for aca­d­e­mics and pro­fes­sion­als in the areas of man­age­ment and busi­ness to come together in an inter­ac­tive, friendly knowledge-​sharing envi­ron­ment.     Call for Papers

    The Inter­na­tional Acad­emy of Man­age­ment and Busi­ness (IAMB) and GW-​CIBER (George Wash­ing­ton Uni­ver­sity, the Cen­ter for Inter­na­tional Busi­ness Edu­ca­tion and Research) are invit­ing authors, schol­ars and prac­ti­tion­ers, to sub­mit abstracts, extended abstracts (3 to 5 pages) or full papers for pre­sen­ta­tion at the 16th IAMB 2013 con­fer­ence. The select­ing com­mit­tee will deter­mine and notify authors if their paper was selected for oral or poster presentation.

    All accepted sub­mis­sions will be pub­lished in the Con­fer­ence Pro­ceed­ings. The Pro­ceed­ings are indexed and listed in var­i­ous ref­er­ence search engines. Selected pre­sen­ta­tions will be pub­lished in the Inter­na­tional Jour­nal of Man­age­ment and Busi­ness (IJMB). IAMB and GW-​CIBER are invit­ing schol­ars, prac­ti­tion­ers and oth­ers to sub­mit papers for presentation.

    • Best Young Scholar Award – recent Ph.D less than 4 yrs)
    • Best Over­all Paper Award – open to all
    • Best Applied Paper Award – prac­ti­cal applic­a­bil­ity, open to all

    Full man­u­scripts must be received no later then Sep­tem­ber 18, 2013. The awards recip­i­ents will be announced at the con­fer­ence and their paper will be pub­lished in the Inter­na­tional Jour­nal of Man­age­ment and Busi­ness, IJMB.
