The History Research Unit of the Athens Institute for Education and Research (ATINER) will hold its 10th Annual International Conference on History: From Ancient to Modern, 30-31 July & 1-2 August 2012, Athens, Greece.
The registration fee is € 300, covering access to all sessions, two lunches, coffee breaks and conference material. Special arrangements will be made with a local luxury hotel for a limited number of rooms at a special conference rate. In addition, a number of social events will be organized: A Greek night of entertainment with dinner, a special one-day cruise in the Greek islands, an archaeological tour (urban walk) of Athens and a one-day visit to Delphi. Professor Howe is organizing a mini conference on the Ancient Macedonian History: a Diachronic Analysis.
You may participate as panel organizer, presenter of one paper, chair a session or observer. The previous conferences produced a number of books. Visit our site for titles, table of contents and order form.
